Steve Taylor

Dr. Steven Taylor is the Director and Senior Fellow for the Future of Work at Stand Together Trust, a philanthropy that supports policy education to empower individuals to improve their lives and society through lifelong learning and purposeful work. He also founded ED2WORK®, a consulting organization that helps address the needs of adult and working learners. His career includes roles in developing STEM programs, teaching organizational development, and leading training programs for healthcare regulators. He has also led three major postsecondary education practice and research grants and built numerous issue-focused coalitions with a variety of stakeholders. Taylor earned his bachelor’s and master’s at Texas A&M University, Commerce and a doctorate in business from Wilmington University.
