Taya Britten

Taya Britten (she/her) is the Assistant Director for the Advising Success Network at NASPA. In this role, she champions the development and scaling of equitable advising solutions. Taya is deeply passionate about advocating for underrepresented student populations and believes in the power of higher education to transform lives. She helps advance equity-focused initiatives that support holistic student success. Her professional experience spans advising, leadership development, orientation, and advocacy for international and underrepresented student populations. Taya holds a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida.
