Crystal Elliott-O'connor

Crystal Elliott-O'Connor has been in the field of early childhood education for more than 30 years. Beginning as an assistant teacher in one of Chicago’s North Shore suburbs, she worked her way into a variety of leadership capacities in the field including Lead Teacher, Master Teacher, and Program Director. Currently, Crystal serves as the Managing Director of Programs & Transformation for the RISE Center. She also serves as an Adjunct Faculty on the community college, and university levels and has launched a new early childhood training and professional development consultancy, Get Back 2 Basics! Crystal holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, Early Childhood Education from National Louis
University, and a Master of Divinity from Northern Theological Seminary.
