Katey Arrington

Dr. Katey Arrington is the Director of Systemic Transformation at the Charles A. Dana Center at the University of Texas at Austin which works to dismantle barriers in education systems to ensure every student has access to and success in an excellent education. As Director, she is the lead for supporting systems change work in mathematics and science.
Katey is also the president of NCSM: Leadership in Mathematics Education. NCSM is the premiere mathematics education leadership organization which fosters bold leadership in the mathematics education community to develop vision, ensure support, and guarantee that all students engage in equitable, high-quality mathematical experiences that lead to powerful uses of mathematical understanding to affect their lives and to improve the world.
