Tiger Rahman

Tiger Rahman is a Black, queer, and transmasculine organizational strategist and researcher with over 15 years of experience in education and equity-focused nonprofits. They are passionate about helping organizations develop and implement strategies that advance equity and justice through emergent thinking, learning, facilitation, program evaluation, and action research. Tiger is also a skilled facilitator and trainer. They regularly lead workshops and trainings on topics such as organizational equity, community-based action research, and intersectional identity. Tiger is passionate about creating spaces where people can come together to learn from each other, reflect on their own experiences, and develop strategies for creating more equitable and just organizations and communities.
