Molly O’Donnell

Molly O'Donnell is a Managing Partner at New Profit, a national venture philanthropy organization, where she co-leads the Portfolio team focused on selecting and supporting proximate entrepreneurs in economic mobility, democracy, and education. Molly oversees New Profit's continuous learning and improvement efforts and the evolution of the organization's capacity building model for grantee partners in order to center equity and systems change. Molly serves on the boards of Big Picture Learning and 4.0 Schools. Molly began her career as a youth worker focused on student leadership, identity development and family engagement. Molly holds a B.A in International Relations from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA and MPP from The Heller School of Social Policy at Brandeis University.
