Olatunde Sobomehin
Olatunde Sobomehin, the visionary CEO and co-founder of StreetCode Academy, leads a Silicon Valley non-profit providing free tech classes to communities of color. The organization serves over 3,000 students annually with 50,000+ hours of free instruction. As a student at Stanford University, Olatunde majored in Urban Studies, led public speaking classes, and played on the top 25 Men's Basketball Team, earning Most Inspirational Player (2003). He's been recognized as a 2018 Aspen Institute Scholar, 2019 Praxis Fellow, and 2020 Social Entrepreneurship Fellow at Stanford University. Olatunde is the co-author (alongside co-author sam seidel) of "Creative Hustle: Blaze Your Own Path and Make Work that Matters." He and his wife, Tamara, live in East Palo Alto, CA with their four kids.
