Diego Bernal

Representative Diego Bernal was born in South Texas and raised in San Antonio. He attended the University of Michigan, where he earned his undergraduate degree, Master's in Social Work, and law degree. Rep. Bernal has held elected office for 13 years – San Antonio City Council (June 2011 to February 2015), Texas House of Representatives (February 2015 to present). He serves as the Chair of the Texas House Early Childhood Caucus, a caucus dedicated to making Texas the best state to raise a child.
