Libby Pier

Dr. Libby Pier is the Chief of Staff at Education Analytics (EA), a Madison-based educational research and data science non-profit. As Chief of Staff, Libby drives the execution of strategic priorities, leads annual planning, supports the CEO in managing the Executive Team, and leads the Brand & Communications, People Operations, and Administrative Services teams. Libby serves as the Board Chair of the Knowledge Alliance, a non-profit collaborative of leading education organizations that believe that high-quality research is key to solving the biggest education problems facing our country today.
