Sustaining the Black Principal Pipeline
Join us for an engaging panel discussion presented by Black Principals Network, where we delve into the vital importance of sustaining the role of Black Principals in educational leadership. This session will highlight the transformative work of the Black Principals Network, showcasing how its four principles of practice—Community, Restoration, Professional Growth, and Liberation- drive meaningful change in the mission to retain more Black principals. Through an interactive exploration of each principle, we'll address the pervasive challenges of isolation and trauma contributing to burnout.
