Jennifer Bell-Ellwanger

Jennifer is President and CEO of the Data Quality Campaign, a nonprofit policy and advocacy organization leading the effort to ensure that data works for everyone navigating their education and workforce journeys. Prior to DQC, Jennifer served at the US Department of Education as director of the Policy and Program Studies Services and later as Acting Assistant Secretary for the Office of Planning, Evaluation, and Policy. After beginning her career as a kindergarten and first-grade teacher in the Bronx, Jennifer served as senior advisor to the chancellor and executive director of research and policy support at the NYC Department of Education. Jennifer has also been the Baltimore City Public Schools’ chief achievement and accountability officer and interim chief of staff.
