Sierra Noakes

At Digital Promise, Sierra Noakes co-designs edtech quality indicators with educators, leaders, and learners through the development of product certifications. Her work identifies the field’s priorities and builds quality indicators to help educators and leaders efficiently sift through edtech options, simplifying their efforts to find tools that center learners' diverse experiences and strengths. Prior to Digital Promise, Noakes taught in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her Master’s in Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and her B.A. in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
