Hong Miller

Ms. Miller’s Federal service spans over 34 years with the Department of Defense. As the Chief Human
Capital Officer for Army Futures Command (AFC), she is responsible for
supporting the Commanding General, AFC with the synchronization, development and
oversight of all things people including Civilian and Military personnel plans, policies and
programs that affect AFC employees worldwide. The CHCO portfolio spans the full
spectrum of the human capital life-cycle, to include performance management, strategic
workforce and succession planning, leader development, and talent acquisition,
development and sustainment of a trained and ready workforce, senior executive
management, military programs, and human resources (HR) policies.
