Cole Forstedt

Cole Forstedt proudly serves as a member of the Foundation for California Community Colleges Equity Department leadership team, driving strategies and leading staff to deliver quality support services and resources that students need to succeed. Equity programs support students’ basic needs and help lift up historically underserved communities. Through these wraparound efforts and a holistic approach, Cole leads a team that works to improve student outcomes, close equity gaps, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be successful in their educational journeys and beyond.
