Ben Kornell

Ben is co-founder of EdTech Insiders, a community of passionate edtech entrepreneurs, practitioners, and investors. EdTech Insiders engages with over 20,000 community members through its weekly podcasts, bi-weekly newsletters, and monthly events.
Ben’s full-time role is Managing Partner of the Common Sense Growth Fund, a social impact venture fund that invests in innovative products for kids, families, and educators. So far Common Sense Growth has deployed nearly $30M to high-impact / high-return businesses.
Ben also serves as an elected School Board member for the San Carlos School District in San Carlos, CA where his sons Nico (11) and Sebastian (7) attend. He is a Co-Founder and Advisor for the EdTech Venture Studio at Cambiar, and is also on the board of Tamim Academy.
