Molle DeBartolo
Molle DeBartolo is a Film and TV Production Manager and Producer based in Upstate New York, with over 15 years working hands-on in the entertainment industry. Starting her career in post-production, learning the image science of film at Deluxe NY, Molle played a pivotal role in developing workflows with cinematographers and directors during the film to digital transition in capture and exhibition.
In 2017, Molle joined new production company American High in her hometown of Syracuse, NY bringing her expertise in post-production into the world of film production.
She has since worked on 15 feature films in roles such as Production Supervisor, Unit Production Manager, and Producer.
Notable recent works include 2022 SXSW Grand Jury and Audience Award Winner, "I Love My Dad" and American High Hulu features "Plan B", "It's a Wonderful Binge" and "Miguel Wants to Fight".
Molle is passionate about mentorship and education, having developed and taught multiple industry workshops for students in Central New York. She is an adjunct lecturer at Syracuse University and hosts on-set production interns through The Academy at American High. A proud member of the Director’s Guild of America (DGA), Molle continually looks for ways to contribute to industry growth and diversity through mentorship and training opportunities.
