Tiana Day

Tiana Day is a 21-year-old activist and founder of Youth Advocates for Change, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Los Angeles. Her organization has empowered over 600 students worldwide through innovative engagements and workshops that seamlessly blend art and activism across mediums like journalism, film, photography, fashion, and community projects. She shares her insights and passion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and Gen-Z values by offering consultations and speaking engagements at K-12 schools, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Tiana's dedication to advocacy has garnered prestigious accolades, including CNN's "2020 Hero of the Year, Young Wonder," recognition as an "Impact Warrior" by the Golden State Warriors, and more.
