Lauren Gauthier, AIA

Lauren is a Director of Architecture who specializes in the academic sector - serving as a designer, planner, programmer, team manager, and business development lead. Over the course of her career, she has developed a reputation for blending beautiful design with practical programming.

Lauren’s experience lies in programming, planning, and in a wide variety of academic building typologies – including libraries, performing and visual arts centers, chapels, science and technology facilities, student centers, maker spaces, residence halls, and more.

As thought leader in the industry, Lauren has a passion for planning that enhances the student experience and has spoken on a national level at multiple academic conferences on the topics of wellness, inclusivity, campus planning for student engagement, safety, and designing spaces for women.
