Research & Policy Manager
New Tech Network

Chloe currently serves as the Research and Policy Manager. Prior to joining New Tech Network, she served as a K-12 sales partnership ed tech representative, middle school teacher, and Title I federal grants administrator for local and state education agencies. By staying up-to-date with the latest legislation, policy trends, and K-12 funding mechanisms, Chloe provides valuable insights and guidance to NTN on how best to navigate the regulatory requirements and ensure that personalized learning initiatives are compliant with state policies. This includes understanding how student progress and success are measured, what data is required for reporting, and what benchmarks or standards need to be met state-by-state.

Prior to joining NTN, Chloe served as the K-12 School Partnership Development Representative at Goalsetter where she conducted market analysis research (and tracking of state-by-state financial literacy legislation) and co-built regional and state-level engagement strategies to effectively present Goalsetter Classroom solutions to K-12 school districts. Chloe earned her bachelor of arts degree in political science from UVA and holds a master’s degree from GWU.
