Natalia Allen

Natalia Allen is a senior associate at Luminary Labs and leads projects in the company’s future of work and education portfolio. Before joining Luminary Labs, Natalia worked in special education administration in charter schools in New York City, working with students and teachers to design a supportive education environment for each student’s learning needs. Natalia’s work is rooted in the belief that that a supportive and well-rounded education is inclusive and supportive of each student’s neurotype, race, gender, gender identity, sexuality, location, social status, immigration status, native language, and income — among all the other things that make each of us unique in our learning needs.
