Sean McCartney

Sean McCartney is currently a scientific analyst supporting NASA's Applied Remote Sensing Training (ARSET) program. ARSET builds the skills to acquire and use satellite and model data for decision support. The program provides training via online webinars and in-person workshops. ARSET trainings are intended for policymakers, NGOs, and professionals seeking to incorporate NASA remote sensing data and products into their workflow. In his role with ARSET he supports trainings in the water resources, disasters, and climate thematic areas.
