Yolanda Watson Spiva

Yolanda Watson Spiva is the president of Complete College America, where she works to increase college completion rates and close equity gaps. She has spent over two decades in the world of postsecondary education. She previously served as president and CEO of College Success Foundation, served as CEO of Project GRAD, and worked in various roles at the U.S. Department of Education. Additionally, she has authored many research articles and co-authored the NAACP Image Award-nominated book, Daring to Educate: The Legacy of the Early Spelman College Presidents.
