Having lived and taught in Italy, Spain, Colombia, and all over the United States, I currently work as an administrator at an Elementary School while I pursue a doctorate degree and raise my two young chidren! I am passionate about student success and teacher wellbeing. I believe that equitable grading practices help both teachers and students find that success.
