David Kauffman

David Kauffman is an educational leader and advocate dedicated to equitable opportunity and achievement for all students. He is the founder of Kauffman Education, an education consulting firm specializing inleadership development and multilingual education. He also serves as a part-time Assistant Professor of Practice in the Texas Principal Leadership Academy at the University of Texas at Austin and is an elected Board Trustee for the Austin Independent School District.

David has devoted over 30 years to public education, as a teacher, principal, district administrator, researcher, and leadership coach. He earned an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and master's and doctorate degrees from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
