Katherine Prath

Katherine Prath is the Head of Global Giving at NI, now part of Emerson, where she leads corporate philanthropic giving and oversees STEM initiatives. Katherine and her team collaborate with strategic non-profit partners around the globe on initiatives to build a diverse STEM pipeline. Through storytelling, she amplifies how non-profit organizations, students, customers, and partners are making an impact in our industry and communities.

Katherine’s career spans marketing, client relationship management, consulting, business strategy & operations and program management. She is passionate about building strategies to create an emotional connection, build loyalty and strengthen an organization’s reputation. She thrives on inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver results for customers and communities.

She has worked with clients in technology, transportation, education, manufacturing and more. Through storytelling, she has amplified the impact of best-selling authors, AI thought-leaders, astronauts, transportation futurists, and non-profit leaders transforming society.

Most recently, she focused on “Engineering Hope”, NI’s Corporate Impact Strategy to drive positive change for society and the planet.
