Phonisha Hawkins

Phonisha serves the community of Spring ISD as their Middle School Math Specialist. In this role, she supports Principals, Instructional Coaches, and Teachers across nine middle schools with mathematics curriculum implementation and conceptualization. Phonisha's background includes being a math teacher in all three middle school grade levels, an interventionist, and an Instructional Coach. Her educational degrees include a Bachelor's of General Studies from Texas Woman's University, and two Master's Degrees from Lamar University in Educational Technology Leadership with Principal Certification and Teacher Leadership, respectively. Phonisha's work is deeply rooted in the impact that servant leadership can truly have on teachers and their students.
