Susan Kincannon

Dr. Susan Kincannon is Superintendent of Schools for Waco ISD in Central Texas. With 33 years of experience in public education, she provides leadership for more than 13,000 students and more than 2,000 employees. Dr. Kincannon has previously served as classroom teacher, principal, assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction, and deputy superintendent. She holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Baylor University.
