Joyce Randall

Joyce is a Transformation Coach at the Network of College Success, where she supports school-based teams to use continuous improvement practices to improve systems to support 9th graders to and through high school. Joyce was National Program Director for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, where she designed and implemented a training and induction program for mentors of young people. She was founding teacher in one of the nation’s first turnaround schools, Orr Academy High School, where she began a leadership team for upperclassmen to mentor 9th graders and to strengthen school culture. She has coached teachers in developing young people with empathy, agency, and imagination. Joyce has a B.A. in history and Africana studies, and an M.A. in teaching from National Louis University.
