Monica Martinez

Monica Martinez is co-founder of EduDream, a Latina founded and women-owned education research firm inspiring transformation within education by bridging community voice and rigorous research. She leads culturally responsive program evaluations, facilitates data strategy, and delivers actionable findings for education organizations. She is dedicated to strengthening analytical capacity and the use of data to inform decision-making and create equitable outcomes for racially and economically diverse communities. Monica earned an MPA from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service and a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She is a 2013 alumnus of Harvard University’s Strategic Data Project Fellowship. She is fluent in written and conversational Spanish.
