Brian Glaser

Brian is Google’s Chief Talent and Learning Officer. Responsible for building a vibrant, inclusive culture accelerating the growth of Google’s business and talent, he oversees onboarding, training, leadership development, and talent for 150,000 Googlers in 60+ countries. In 2017, Brian founded The Google School for Leaders, the company’s first-ever enterprise leadership development center of excellence, reaching 25,000+ leaders to date.

Previously, Brian founded and led gothamCulture, an organizational development firm for leadership and culture transformation, named one of America’s fastest growing companies by Inc. Magazine in 2014.

Brian holds a B.A. in Business Administration & Communications, an M.S. in Organizational Change Management, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
