As the Global Head of People Analytics Rashad helps identify and reimagine talent strategies by using data to understand the changes coming to our Chevron workforce, workplace, and worker. Rashad and his team leverage internal and external perspectives, analytical insights and industry and functional trends to inform Chevron’s strategic workforce planning and decisions. The strategy will be aligned with the company’s overall Invest in People strategy and will support talent initiatives including data analytics, talent attraction, career development and capabilities of our workforce.
