Brandy serves as the Executive Director for Workforce Readiness and Programs of Programs at The Washington Center for Academic Internship Programs (TWC) – an independent, non-profit organization committed to providing transformative educational experiences by creating flexible, immersive pathways to enhance and diversify industry talent pipelines to build more equitable and inclusive workplaces and communities. Her work at TWC focuses on the growth, development, sustainability, and execution of TWC’s experiential learning programs. She leads a dedicated team that offers a variety of career connected learning opportunities to diverse sets of learners.

Prior to working at TWC, Brandy served as a Student Success Consultant at Educational Advisory Board (EAB). In this capacity, she worked with college and university partners to align institutional and student success goals while leveraging technology to achieve those goals. Her work focused on serving as a thought partner in leadership development, change management, and student success strategies and using data analysis areas of actionable insights.

Brandy earned her MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Houston -Victoria and a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University.
