Lia Izenberg

With over 17 years of experience, Lia Izenberg is a non-profit executive, coach, and facilitator helping leaders change the way they do things so they can get the results they want. Through her coaching and consulting practice, Lia partners with leaders and teams in the midst of change to clarify values, align strategy, and look deeply inward so they can evolve. Before starting her practice, Lia was the founding Executive Director of OneGoal Bay Area, an organization serving thousands of students across the Bay.
