Richard Bowman

Richard is the Chief Information and Strategy Officer for Albuquerque Public Schools, and the President of the Board of Directors for Education Analytics. Richard has more than two decades of experience in education and has worked with Albuquerque Public Schools as a Harvard Graduate School Strategic Data Project Fellow. Richard received his doctorate at the RAND Corporation’s Pardee RAND Graduate School in Policy Analysis. Richard is also the Treasurer of the Association for Education Finance and Policy and the President of the New Mexico Scholastic Esports Federation.
