Rachel Schechter

Dr. Rachel Schechter is the founder of Learning Experience Design (LXD) Research, where she partners with educational companies around the globe to meet their research and ESSA evidence goals. Prior to creating her company, Rachel was the Director of Research at Lexia and Vice President of Learning Sciences at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. LXD Research also provides guidance for educators to identify evidence-proven products that will accelerate learning for all students. Rachel has a Master’s in Education from Harvard University, a Ph.D. in Child Development from Tufts University, and has published dozens of reports and articles on teaching and learning.
