DeWana Hadder

DeWana Hadder is a dynamic and energetic thought leader from West Louisville, KY who has spent 17 years in both the education and nonprofit sectors and is a third year doctoral student pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Sciences with a concentration in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at the University of Kentucky. She is a recent Ted X Speaker, and currently preparing for her second Ted X talk in March 2024. She has presented at local, regional, and national conferences, and uses her life experiences to serve as a testimony to show that regardless of your situation or circumstance, you can become whoever you want to be. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and enjoys spending her spare time volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
