Nicole Padula George

Nicole Padula George is the founder and principal of NPG Education Consulting, LLC, with a mission to promote the thriving of all students through leveraging instruction. Along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Haverford College and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Columbia University, she has over 14 years experience in roles ranging from math teacher to director.

Nicole’s areas of expertise are instructional coaching, strategic planning, and system creation and execution. She also serves as an adjunct instructor at American University School of Education.
