Kenan Bishop

Kenan is the co-founder and K-12 lead at Rethinc where he holds the intersection of equity strategy, executive development, and program design partnering with educators at all levels to enable inclusive environments.

Kenan holds space for equity and justice learning in a unique and powerful way; he fosters a sense of humanity and psychological safety for people across the spectrum of identity markers making it possible for individuals and communities to confront and leverage their mistakes, strengths, learning gaps, and super powers in service of community and consciousness. He models interfaith dialogue such that each person can be fully present in relationship with others while being authentic in their relationship with the divine as they understand and access it.

Kenan supports individual and group learning about working across lines of difference; he has a track record of strategic conflict resolution, harm reduction, and community building with diverse teams. Kenan has strong instincts and a track record of success in mission driven business development.
