Jessica White

Jess White is the Senior Associate Director of Accessibility Services at Tufts University and has worked in the disability community for nearly 15 years. With seven years of experience as an accessibility specialist in higher education, Jess focuses on creating authentic relationships with her students while engaging and educating staff and faculty on areas of disability law, self-advocacy, and accessibility within DEIJ. Jess is also a trained and certified Rehabilitation Counselor, working as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in a variety of human services agencies supporting adults and young adults with disabilities seeking competitive employment. She earned her BS in Marketing at Bentley University and her MA in Rehabilitation Counseling at Assumption University. Her current professional interests include breaking down digital accessibility barriers and the role of disability in larger diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
