Natasha Welcome

Natasha Welcome M.Ed is an ESL adjunct professor, international keynote speaker, researcher, and education consultant. Her passion is English language acquisition and has served English Language Learners for over 20 years. Her unique difference is that she began her teaching career in the early childhood classroom where her focus was on first language acquisition. However, during her 14 year tenure at an international school, she became more involved in second language acquisition as well. Her expertise in this area has caused her to emerge as a consultant to help the integration of English Language Learners in educational institutions and corporate organizations. She is the Senior Consultant of Metamorphosis Education Consultants which manages company transformation. She also works with CEOs, managers, and other leaders to help them eradicate their frustration when trying to create 'synergy' where there is a language barrier. She shows them that it is possible.
