Aquanita McClaney

Aquanita McClaney is an early childhood coach, educator, and avid pursuer of knowledge for more than 20 years. As a practitioner of professional development for both teacher and child-centered learning, her educational focus revolves around the implementation of relatable knowledge connected to practical, yet effective, daily practices in the classroom.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of education and is an Adjunct Instructor, both at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. As well, she is seeking to further research and dialogue around the equitable practices necessary for early foundational social-emotional skills on through continuous learning and development.
