Caroline McKinnon

Caroline McKinnon is an award-winning educator who has led innovative programs with marginalized students globally. She specialized in trauma-informed practices and designing equitable experiences for those limited in choice. Caroline leads SkillRise, an ISTE initiative committed to revolutionizing adult learning through technology. Caroline has worked extensively with refugees and incarcerated immigrant populations, and founded nonprofit Felt Education (www.felteducation.org) to provide free education to refugees and survivors of war, torture and trafficking.
