Hayley Johnston, deeply embedded in the St. Louis Innovation Ecosystem since 2017, is currently the Program Manager at the Chaifetz Center for Entrepreneurship at Saint Louis University. With a background spanning Entrepreneur Support Organizations, Corporations, and Universities, she oversees the center's incubators, mentorship initiatives, and diverse collegiate and youth programs. Hayley extends her passion for entrepreneurship through volunteerism, contributing to the St. Louis Startup Week Committee, organizing 1 Million Cups events, and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. Drawing from her personal experience of launching multiple businesses and growing up in an entrepreneurial family environment, she understands the requisites for success. Beyond entrepreneurship, Hayley played a pivotal role in establishing a nonprofit dog park in her neighborhood and currently serves on its board. Her educational journey includes a Master of Social Work in Social and Economic Development and Policy from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by a Bachelor of Social Work and Minor in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
