Sharisse Kimbro
Sharisse Kimbro is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who has driven transformational change across a variety of roles in the public and private sectors. She joined the Allstate Foundation in the summer of 2022 to lead the work to interrupt the cycle and reduce the prevalence of Relationship Abuse. Prior to joining Allstate, she led the Violence Prevention and Crime Victim Services Division of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General where she managed a team of diverse professionals in applying an equity lens to the delivery of victim-centered, trauma informed services to crime victims throughout the State of Illinois. Her previous professional experience includes roles at The Boeing Company, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Irving Harris Foundation. Sharisse has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an M.A. and B.A. from Stanford University.
