Lisa Dughi

Lisa Dughi is Chief Executive Officer at NAF, a national nonprofit comprised of education, business, and community leaders who work together to ensure that traditionally under-invested in high school students are prepared for college, career, and future success. She oversees all functions and the strategic vision of the organization, which is responsible for supporting a network of over 600 NAF academies with over 112,000 students across 35 states and territories. Lisa graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Policy Analysis and Management and received her MBA in Marketing & Operations Management and Strategic Management from the Wharton School and has vast experience in implementing strategies, quantifying results, and effecting change within organizations, large and small.
