Steve Kadish
Steve Kadish is an executive problem-solver who has worked in the public and private sectors as COO, CFO, and big projects lead for over 30 years. Recently, Kadish served as Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker’s first Chief of Staff, and then as a Senior Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.
Steve and Governor Baker co-authored: Results Getting Beyond Politics to Get Important Work Done. Kadish is passionate about helping those who want to improve public services through classes, workshops, and consulting support.
He is currently a Senior Advisor at the Burnes Center for Social Change at Northeastern University. His past roles include Undersecretary for Massachusetts Health & Human Services, Assistant Secretary for Massachusetts Administration and Finance, Assistant Commissioner at Massachusetts Medicaid, Chief Financial Officer at Dartmouth College, Chief Operating Officer at Northeastern University, Director of Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Senior Vice President at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
Steve has served as a Special Advisor to the Massachusetts COVID-19 Command Center, on local non-profit services boards, and as consultant to the World Bank.
