Daniel Stein-Sayles

Daniel Stein-Sayles is the Manager of Capital Programs at Echoing Green where he leads the organization's new fellow selection program. At EG, he works to ensure that the appropriate processes and systems are in place to run a robust and equitable selection process that receives thousands of applications and engages hundreds of reviewers per year. During the pandemic he helped lead major strategic shifts to the selection process, ensuring that processes were in place to select racial equity leaders from around the world.

Prior to joining Echoing Green, Daniel worked at Up2Us Sports, a national sports-based youth development organization. At Up2Us Sports, he managed AmeriCorps coaches and program partners in New York City and Boston.
