Experienced in starting and developing new projects, from being a founding middle school teacher, to developing NYC’s first teacher residency program, to directing the mayor’s first initiative to diversify the teacher population. With strong interest and experience leading teams and scaling programs and initiatives in large urban communities, and a proven track record of improving the quantity and quality of teachers in NYC, I am committed to improving outcomes for all students.
