
James Allrich
James has served as principal of Argyle Magnet Middle School of Digital Design and Development for the past seven years. He is a student-centered, anti-racist leader committed to ensuring the success of all students through high expectations, collaboration, and equitable access. Previously, he served as a secondary administrator for six years and a math teacher for 11 years. Born in Newark, NJ, he is proud of his Haitian heritage and has leveraged his experiences to create equitable and anti-racist practices in his school. He also supports students and educators outside of school by serving on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals and he leads MCAAP’s Middle School Principals Professional Learning Community.
