Aury Fernandez

Aury Fernandez is a third year student at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in upstate New York, studying Design and Innovation. He currently holds the title of Regional Representative for the Society of Hispanic Engineers at RPI. He is also a BUILD alumnus - a non-profit that ignites the power of youth in under-resourced communities to build career success, entrepreneurial mindsets, and opportunity- and a Youth-lead for the Youth Advisory Panel - a group of youth leading and informing the direction of education reform efforts. Upon graduation, Aury aims to one day pursue a career in Computer-Aided Design. Aury enjoys collecting manga and souvenirs from all of the places he visits.
